Private Dining

Choose between any of our services. We can offer casual dining, three course and seasonally inspired tasting menus with wine service. Our team will discuss all the details for you and your guests. We will prepare your chosen menu at our registered kitchen, provide all our own tableware and a restaurant quality service for all to enjoy. We also leave your kitchen spotless as if we had never been there!

Canapes

Our canapé service is a perfect option for you to mix and mingle.

We prepare your canapés at our kitchen, assemble on site and serve your guests a selection of hot, cold and sweet treats! 

A selection of innovative bite sized snacks hand made by us. Canapés are a fantastic way to start, we offer a range of different hot and cold canapés designed to be walked around the room whist you have a few drinks they are the perfect mouthful.

Unsure of how many you'll need? We are happy to advise you on what we think is a good amount for the size group and hows best to run a canapé service. Our packages can be added on to make a complete package when choosing your menus.

What to expect from us

Send us a message, email or give us a call.


We will discuss the number of attendees and what style of service suits you best.

We will also go over any dietary requirements for you or your guests. Feel free to let us know of any requests you have.

Once we know what we’re looking at, we will send you menus to look over and a quote. It just takes a 30% deposit to confirm the date. The full payment will be due three weeks prior to the event with confirmation of the final number of attendees.

We will call you a week before the event to see if everything is going to plan. In case of any final changes in numbers or dietary requirements, this should give us ample time to ensure everything goes smoothly on the day.


Having done most of the prep work in our own kitchen the day before, we will arrive a few hours before to meet you in person if we haven’t already and to set up either in the venues kitchen or set up our outdoor kitchen.

  • Homemade bread and butter on the table

  • Food cost, preparation time and sourcing ingredients

  • Up to 3 chefs depending on numbers

  • Organising FOH staff (we can advise you how many hours are needed for the day)

  • Leaving the kitchen clean and organised

  • Bringing our own outdoor kitchen if one is not available

  • We cater for most allergies/dietaries

  • Vegetarian options upon request

Plates & Crockery

For crockery and cutlery this is something we provide (for up to 30 guests) and is included in our pricing.

 

Above 30 guests, we can send you in the right direction to one of our preferred hire companies.

For the shared banquet/buffet style menus we provide all serving bowls and serving utensils included in the package.

 

For our canape menus, we provide beautiful canapés boxes used to serve you and your guests.
